New Construction FAQ

Yes! We schedule walk-throughs at key stages of construction so you can see your home taking shape safely. It’s also a great opportunity to ask questions and make sure everything feels just right.
Building new with Prescott Culture Construction means:
- A floor plan designed for modern living
- Energy-efficient systems and materials
- Customization to your taste
- Lower maintenance costs
- Full warranties for peace of mind
While existing homes can offer faster move-in, they often require updates or repairs that add cost over time.
We know that ideas evolve. If you’d like to make changes mid-build, we’ll review your request, provide updated pricing, and let you know how it may affect the timeline before moving forward.

Construction crews arrive between 8:00 – 9:00 each morning Monday through Friday and work until approximately 3:00 – 4:00 each afternoon. It is not typical for us to have construction continuing through the weekend but if a job calls for it, it would be discussed with the homeowner beforehand.
